Project Summary:

Located in the heart of Pimlico, 15 Warwick Way involved the transformation of a low-use former Oxfam building into a high-quality mixed-use development, enhancing the value as well as utility of the property. The scheme comprises the refurbishment and extension of an existing four-storey structure to accommodate one ground-floor commercial unit and two self-contained residential flats across the upper floors.
